Peltzer Farms Once Again

We went to our yearly trip to the Peltzer Farms! It was loads of fun and the kids ran wild...(literally) Corbin will now smile somewhat for cameras but not really look in your direction. He is a man of little words and a lot of action. He is a sweet boy who doesn't understand his own strength. (and that we don't give squeezing hugs around the neck) He means well but he really is a curious little Goerge. I have my hands overflowing with him:)

McKenna is a princess to the core. She loves to pose, wear high heels, wear frilly dresses, and loves her pretty hair bows. She wants her name to be Anna, or Bailey...she thinks her name isn't cute enough. She tells me all the time that people won't think it's beautiful! I am already making her stand in front of a mirror reciting I am beautiful...Heaven help me she is only 41/2!

I recently took some new pictures because I realized my wall was full of old pictures, and only one of Corbin! Aww and he was newborn! How sad!

Corbin certainly gives me a run for my money! Wow! He is into everything...I mean everything. I'll turn around and my whole house will be turned upside down in the blink of an eye! Not to mention his favorite place to be right now is in the Kitchen...all day long opening the fridge and freezer trying to bring me stuff. Mom nack...nack....Funny thing is is he is a bottomless pit. Not really that funny but for how big he is I guess he needs his food.

Yeap he's done...only got a few pictures, can't sit still for more then a few.

Then there is Kenna who loves to be naked in her undies...but mom I just wanna be in my undies....

She is dramatic, sings everything like her mom, dances, plays hard, doesn't like to sweat and loves to play with friends..She always asks,"Mom who are we having over this night?"

So i know this is a little late but this was his birthday party...on his birthday we gave him a cupcake but this was his official party! I can't believe how big he is getting! He is in the 101% for height, 85th for weight and 62nd for head circ. He has been walking for a while and now climbs on everything. He is a true boy! He loves trouble, noise, being rough, being outside and exploring..especially with things in his mouth...yuck!

I am 11 months old and I am walking, semi-talking, and can understand lots!
I love real food my favorites now are hot dogs, mandarin oranges, green beans, macaroni and cheese and just about anything I can put in my mouth all by myself! I also love to drink apple juice. I love my big sister McKenna she makes my laugh soo much I regurgitate. I love making noise with things and my middle name is intense.

My sister got married to Levent Greene on Feb 1st, 2010. So exciting!! Welcome to the family my new brother-in-law!

So many things have happened these past few months...Corbin is now 10 1/2 months old and can walk about 5 steps on his own, he loves to make trouble, noise and he is very curious. He is all boy!

Yesterday I thought to myself, "hmm, Kenna has long hair and I always put it in pony tails. What else could I do?" So I curled her hair! I love it! Soo cute, she was such a trooper even though I kind of burned her ear a little...poor thing!

Hopefully someday she will smile naturally!

Here is our ward Christmas party where the kids saw Santa! Kenna loved him and when he asked her what she wanted she says, " BIG BIG KITCHEN" and then asked him where the deer were. It is so cute how much she is into Christmas this year she is sooo excited.

This Saturday was Justin's 29th Birthday! I surprised him by taking him indoor skydiving, and somehow I got talked into doing it too! It was awesome!!!!! Justin had four minutes tunnel time and I just got the two because I was really nervous. We went through a little course that took maybe 20min and then got geared up!

This is Justin's first time out, what they do is seperate your minutes. This was minute one.

Still getting the hang of it.....

In the tunnel they can change the speed you go so sometimes your close to the netting.

Almost 8 months

I am almost 8 months old coming up on Dec. 6th! The best word to describe me is Intense! I am a fire ball of energy and love to be on the move! I can pull myself up on things, walk while holding on to the couch, crawl, eat all sorts of food, and love attention! My sister is so funny to me I just laugh at her all day long! I am in 12 month clothes weigh 22 lbs and am a big boy with a big appetite! Oh and I am very good at making big messes...especially knocking over Koda's water at least twice a day! I also love to be naked and to take baths. The only thing is is that I fall and bonk my head a lot, I am not graceful either my whole 22lbs just falls flat as a board when I lose control! Hopefully he doesn't walk to early or we will be in some serious trouble....

We celebrated Kaden's 3rd Birthday at the Peltzer Farms. The kids had so much fun playing in the petting zoo, going in the corn maze, riding on the horses, and riding on the train. I would call this a successful and fun birthday! Can't believe you are three Kaden!

Avila Pumpkin Patch

It has been a bit of a tradition in our family to go to the Avila Pumpkin Patch, although this year it was a last minute decision. I am happy we went because we had a lot of fun and the kids love being outside. My kids just keep growing like weeds. McKenna is 2 1/2 years old, 27 lbs and is sleeping in a big bed and fully potty trained and is getting good with talking in sentences. She loves her expressions and loves to be wild. She is a bit bossy sometimes and loves to be outdoors. She can sometimes be shy but wears off within about 5 or 10 minutes. She also loves to do whatever I am doing, whether it be cleaning or changing Corbin. She loves animals and had a lot of fun petting them at the pumpkin farm. Sally also showed her how to throw hay on herself which looked really cute for pictures!

Kenna sure loves her brother, every time he wakes up from his nap she gets so excited she always has to run in and jump in his crib with him.

Corbin James is growing so wildly fast it's crazy! He is 19 1/2 lbs and about 28in long, he is 6 1/2months old and in the 80th percentile for both. He is already wearing 12month clothes! He has been fully rolling over since 4months and started crawling at 5months. He follows me wherever I go. He loves to eat all day long and has been on rice cereal since he was four months old. He has to have formula at night because he wants to eat all night long too. He is now waking up at about 2:30 and then wakes up at 7. He is bald as you can see poor little guy is white as day but has a cute smile with dimples! He also is climbing all over everything. I came into the room and he was using Kenna's stool to stand up. I am in for a ride with this one!

Avila is a great place for pictures because of the mounds of pumpkins and all the fun little activities there are for the kids. This year we went with Sherry, Kris and Sally!

A couple weeks ago we made a journey by car to Vancouver WA first, then Mullala and on our way home we detoured the redwoods and the trees of mystery! It was a fun filled packed trip! In Vancouver we went to a hachery where there was lots of fish, it was pretty cool because they had a lot to see and we even got to feed the fish!

This Saturday our friends the Martins invited us to an Angels game! It was so much fun! We left McKenna with Aunt Tiffany for most of the day and took Corbin so she didn't have to be with four. We had great seats and luckily Corbin slept through the whole thing! I cheered in my seat and just shook my hand around a lot. Which was tiring because it was a hot day.

OK so I was feeding Corbin with a bottle..so both my hands are tied up. I noticed that it was really really quite, and usually that means she either stole Corbin's Binky or is up to no good. I remembered that I had put all his Binky's up so I called out "McKenna what are you doing?" I get nothing...than I ask again....and again...and again...then she says really lightly nothing.... Now I know she is doing something...sure enough she was behind the coach applying hydracortizone cream all over her body. I just love terrible twos!

Disneyland

I love going to Disneyland!! We went with Bryce & Tiff, and Eric & Harmony. I was a little unsure how Corbin would do but he did great! I am such a big kid so any time I get to go on rides I take! And we didn't have to wait super long to go on most of the rides which is crazy for a saturday!

Here is our little family! I kind of forgot that in Disney there is always an evil side to things...so I love the rides but sometimes Kenna got a little scared....like the Nemo ride, which we only had to wait for 45min; during the ride all of a sudden you hear lightning and then pops up this really scary fish with it's teeth baring ready to eat you...it was scary...for little kids that is!

We were waiting to go on the dumbo ride which goes around in a circle...Daddy had to sit this one out...he can't do anything that goes in a circle because he gets sick. But we had fun!

Before we went to Disneyland we got Kenna's first haircut! I am so happy we did because they evened everything out..she was looking like a little boy with a mullet for awhile, poor thing!

Corbin is now a little over 2 months old! They grow fast! He weighs in at 14lb 4oz!! He is starting to coo and smile! It is so cute!

Here is Corbin James Bishop! My husband was out of town and came home to me going into labor...when I got to the hospital on Monday night I was dilated to an 8/9. They informed me that I would not have time for an epidural. Oh boy that was some sad news. But he came fast, we got to the hospital at 10 pm and had Corbin at 10:46 pm. He was 7lbs 4oz and 18 1/2 inches long.

Update on Pregnancy

Ok so for all of you who follow my blog I just wanted to inform you of the latest news in my pregnancy...I went in on thursday morning and to my surprise I am 90% effaced and 1cm dilated. He predicted that I will be having my baby sometime this week. I am as of right now on bed rest because my husband is out of town on business until Monday night. So hopefully nothing happens this is so wierd! Any words of advice...anyone else been like this before?

This is our yearly trip to Mammoth! We had a bit of a road bump on the way there...McKenna got car sick! It was towards the end but the poor thing was sick the rest of the day. What a fun day! McKenna got some great presents and it was so much fun! We had our moments but all in all it was a great day!

Christmas Eve

Our Christmas tradition includes the following: we decorate gingerbread houses, have a pageant, open our pj's, go and get hot chocolate at 7/11, and drive around looking at Christmas lights!

We also enjoyed Grandma Bishop's homemade bread!

THE RESULTS ARE IN......AND WE ARE HAVING A BOY!!!!!!!!!!! And to this boy he will have a name...and that name is Corbin!!!

Okay so in the top picture he is head down and it is a picture of his eye...This bottom photo is the proof that we are indeed having a little boy! At the top are his legs and in between you might see ( if you don't want to see shield your eyes!) a little pee pee....!!! Yeah!!! We are sooo excited and I am so happy that Justin gets his little boy!

Halloween

It was a Happy Halloween for the Bishop Family! We had so much fun carving pumpkins, burning the seeds, getting candy and most of all eating it!

She was so cute because after they handed her the candy she would just stand there and reach her hand out for more. And on some houses she would even walk right into their house to get the candy...my bold little one! Aww the things we do for candy....

She is Mommy's little helper in every way.

At the end of the night we got to sit back and have some well earned candy!

Family Tradition

One of our traditions is to take a little road trip to go to the Avalon Pumkin Farms! It was a day packed full of fun! The kids all did so well and even paused to pose for some cute pictures.

McKenna loved the pumkins just not sitting in them.

We took some time in the beginning to eat some of their awesome corn, also a tradition!

We paused for a little romp in the hay and then to peek at some of the cute animals.

Here is Grandma & Grandpa with all the Grandkids! We were able to get one with no hands in the mouth and no crying!! That is a triumph in itself!

Good Old WA

We went back home to Wa to visit the family. This time it was busy, busy, busy! I was a bridesmaid in one of my best friends wedding. My Grandma came to visit us for a couple days, and so did my little sister Dana!

Peltzer Farms

It is that time of year, to go to the pumpkin patch! I love fall weather and it was the perfect day! With a cold wind on our tail we set out as a family to have a fun day at the Peltzer Pumkin Farm! There was a petting zoo which McKenna LOVED, pony rides which she didn't, corn mazes which she liked, and pig races which were funny.

Okay so I am not the best at writing much on my blog.... So here is a little update into our lives. Right now McKenna is grabbing my computer and making her extreme intense face, wondering why I won't let her pound on the key pad. She loves to play games and makes faces. She loves to be included in everything I do, like putting her diaper in the genie.
As for me well I am a little over 8 weeks pregnant so that puts the baby coming around end of April. I play in a softball league which I won't be quitting until the season is over. (So tell your hubby Katie!) I can keep doing all my normal activities until I am hunched over from my hugeness! Aside from that I am a normal everyday mom doing normal boring things, oh yeah and some one turned me onto the Twilight series...I am almost done with book four.

She loves to climb, especially if it involves jumping.

She loves keys, and her food....it is all going to her cheeks, both sets!

Our little girl isn't so little anymore...luckily she is still chubby!! Gotta love it!

Anytime that McKenna gets something that she really likes, she does a happy dance, stomps her feet and says hmmm!! She is now 16 months and weighs a chunky monkey. She is super animated and loves to dance and sing. The minute she hears music she starts with the head shake and shakes her bum. She is full of energy and never wants to take naps for fear she might miss out on some fun. Her favorite word is "Uh-Oh," she says it every chance she gets. She also loves to say "Daddy" she will run around the house yelling it hoping maybe he will pop out somewhere and start chasing her. Well I better go snag her since she isn't going to be taking a nap!!

We went to the park on saturday with the family and had lots of fun! We got to feed the ducks, go on an electric boat ride, and play with the family in the sun.

I have been busy with family visits so I haven't been able to update you with all of our latest pictures. Anyways this is McKenna's first birthday party! She got a bounce house from mom and dad but we didn't snap any pictures of it just video. Anyways she had lots of fun until we came to the cake, we waited too long to give it to her... Mammoth Trip

We had so much fun on our skiing trip to Mammoth! Well I was actually the only one who went skiing.... Here we are posing for last minute pictures before we hit the road to go home.

I Stand All By Myself!!

I stand on my own!! McKenna is getting closer and closer every single day to walking. I caught her standing on her own! Today was so much fun we went to park days. Kenna loves to play in the sand, she was in the sand for like an hour. She has this thing where she likes to throw it over her shoulder onto my leg, she would turn around just to make sure that it landed there.

She sure loves the water. We went swimming the other day and she can't get enough of it.

What has been going on in our lives recently? Well McKenna still has thrush as you can see her purple tongue. It is taking so long to get rid of, but we are getting closer.

We went outside and played in the grass today. What a new experience! She was enjoying the leaves and the grass, maybe a little too much.
